May 2015 issue of Legal Eye on the ICC now available

The May 2015 issue of Legal Eye on the ICC is now available online. This is the third in a series reporting on the ICC’s third Trial Judgment, in the case against Germain Katanga (Katanga). In this third Special Issue, we analyse the Trial Chamber’s assessment of Katanga’s criminal responsibility as an accessory under Article 25(3)(d) of the Rome Statute of the ICC (Statute), including his acquittal for sexual and gender-based crimes.
